Oplus Property Guides publishes real estate, relocation, cost of living and investment guides for readers comparing property decisions.
Our editorial work follows four rules: clear intent, dated facts, source checks and no unsupported promises.
Topic selection
We choose topics based on reader demand, property relevance and lead value. A topic must help someone understand a housing, purchase, rental, relocation, financing or investment decision.
We do not publish unrelated world news, generic travel content or topics that cannot connect to property decisions.
Fact checking
Facts about laws, fees, visas, registration, tax, mortgage rules, project details or market data must be checked against official or high-trust sources before publication.
When official data is unavailable, we either remove the claim or clearly frame it as a general explanation rather than a fact.
Use of AI tools
AI tools may support outlining, formatting and editing. They do not replace source checks, editorial judgment or human review.
Every page that includes prices, laws, taxes, fees, eligibility rules, mortgage information or market data must be checked by a human editor before publication.
Updates
Pages with changing data carry a review cycle. Legal, fee, visa, rent and mortgage pages should be reviewed more often than area or evergreen guides.
When a major change affects a page, we update the visible content and the “Last updated” date. We do not change dates only to make a page look fresh.
Commercial relationship
Oplus Property Guides is published by Oplus International Realty. Some pages may link to Oplus property services or enquiry forms. Editorial pages should still explain risks, trade-offs and buyer checks.
We do not publish paid third-party claims as editorial facts.
